Featuring innovative nanocomposite materials and CMM (Composite Material Modification) technology, this formula effectively overcomes the challenge of balancing resin strength and toughness. It helps prevent sagging and deformation in printed models while delivering exceptional toughness and durability.
Enhanced with toughening monomers that form long, flexible molecular chains after polymerization. These chains absorb impact energy through segment rotation and slippage, delivering a notched impact strength of up to 20 J/m—more than twice that of standard resin.
By carefully selecting low-odor, low-volatility raw materials throughout the entire process, we precisely control odor irritation at the formulation stage. During resin production, a vacuum negative-pressure process is also introduced to accelerate the targeted removal of volatile odor compounds through physical means—achieving a dual breakthrough in odor-control technology.
