The eBOX Pro, launched by eSUN, is a new generation of high cost-performance filament storage equipment designed to provide high-temperature heating and drying solutions for various 3D printing materials. It utilizes a 360° surround PI heating film and top/bottom sheet metal thermal conduction structure to achieve uniform, three-dimensional drying while reducing energy consumption. With a maximum temperature of 70°C and a heating duration of up to 99 hours, it meets the drying needs of materials like PA, PA-CF, PC, and TPU. The eBOX Pro intelligently recommends drying parameters and features an efficient, low-noise turbo fan to enhance drying efficiency and stability. A large LCD touchscreen allows real-time monitoring of chamber temperature and humidity, offering intuitive and flexible control. Widely compatible with various filament sizes, the eBOX Pro comprehensively optimizes the user experience.
Featuring a built-in fan for 360° surround air circulation, the eBOX Pro ensures highly uniform heating throughout the chamber, resulting in faster dehumidification and minimal temperature variance. The actual internal temperature can evenly reach up to 70°C, providing a powerful drying solution for advanced high-temperature engineering filaments like PA (Nylon) and PC.
Equipped with a smart thermal management system, it automatically adjusts power consumption to maintain the target temperature efficiently and safely. You can easily select from built-in material profiles with recommended temperature (45°C-70°C) and time settings, or manually customize them. It also continuously tracks and intelligently regulates both internal temperature and humidity, ensuring your filament is always in perfect condition.
The eBOX Pro comes with a clear, highly responsive LCD touchscreen for simple and intuitive operation, allowing you to instantly monitor the internal drying environment. Designed with human-computer interaction in mind, the control panel is elegantly tilted at an ergonomic 45° angle, providing the ultimate comfortable viewing and operating experience.
Enjoy complete control over your drying process with a customizable timer ranging from 0 to 99 hours. This ultra-long duration setting allows you to freely set the exact heating time needed, ensuring thorough and deep moisture removal for highly absorbent filaments, ultimately guaranteeing flawless 3D printing results.
