PLA-Matte Dual filament is softer than other filaments. Avoid overtightening the extruder tension settings, as this may negatively affect print quality.
PLA series materials have low heat resistance. We recommend keeping the printer enclosure open during printing to lower the chamber temperature. If the ambient temperature is too high (above 32°C), it is best to turn on the air conditioning to cool down the room. Excessive heat can cause the PLA filament to soften and deform at the extruder gears, leading to clogging.
