PEBA-LW (Lightweight PEBA) utilizes an advanced physical microsphere foaming process, delivering a highly resilient, flexible, and lightweight 3D printing filament. The material actively foams upon extrusion. Remarkably, by simply adjusting the print temperature, you can precisely control the foaming ratio to personalize both the hardness (66A-92A) and elasticity (up to 60%) of your prints. Combining ultra-lightweight properties with exceptional shock absorption, it is the ideal choice for advanced flexible 3D printing.
Utilizes a physical microsphere foaming process. The foaming ratio increases with the print temperature (reaching up to a 200% maximum volume ratio) while the hardness decreases. Simply adjust temperature settings to achieve customized hardness ranging from 66A to 92A. (*Test condition: 100% infill).
Delivers outstanding dynamic resilience with a rebound rate of up to 60%, outperforming standard TPU-LW. It effectively absorbs impact, making it the perfect material for shock-absorbing components like athletic shoe midsoles and seat cushions. (*Test condition: 30% infill).
As a high-performance flexible material, PEBA-LW exhibits excellent tear resistance and flexibility. It can be bent repeatedly without breaking, making it perfectly suited for flexible wearables, custom orthotic devices, and applications requiring high fatigue resistance.
At its maximum foaming ratio, the density of PEBA-LW drops to an astonishingly low 0.48 g/cm³. It is approximately 15% lighter than PLA-LW, pushing lightweight 3D printing to entirely new heights.
